Also instructed Medical Providers in Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application - Theater (AHLTA-T) template management and methodology. Provided tier 2 Help Desk support for TMIP-MC systems in Bahrain and Jordan.Maintained Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Customer Assistance Module (DCAM) system in Kuwait.Taught numerous AHLTA-T New User and Super User classes to Navy Corpsman and Medical Providers.Participated in System Acceptance Tests.

Responsible for training new AHLTA-T and AHLTA-M users. Also trained AHLTA trainers, developed training plans, lesson plans, class agenda’s, student scenarios, and student surveys.Assigned test procedures for new software testing to test operators and kept tests on schedule.Wrote test plans and final test reports.

Assisted doctors and nurses with direct patient care which involved turning and bathing of patients, documented vital signs, dressing changes, blood sugar tests, and blood draws.

As Leading Sick Call Corpsman at Group Aid Station 28, I saw up to 20 patients daily, reporting directly to the Senior Medical Officer. I organized large groups of individuals for mass immunization administration. Was the only Corpsman for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 2, making me responsible for the welfare and medical readiness of more than 200 active duty Marines.
