Responsible for providing transport planning policy, strategy and business case advice for a range of UK clients, as well as support on strategic pursuits. I provide an editorial function for some of Jacobs journal / magazine articles.Recent experience includes: - Developing successful business cases through Housing Infrastructure Fund and Local Growth Fund, securing Essex County Council £230m in total for Chelmsford NE Bypass and Beaulieu station. - Technical leadership on Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority’s Strategic Outline Business Case for improvements to the A10 Corridor between Cambridge and Ely.- Technical Lead for Transport for the North's Major Road Report in 2017, working closely with TfN, 11 LEPs, Highways England and DfT.- Responsible for developing robust approach to high level highways costing for Transport for the North's Strategic Development Corridor studies in collaboration with client team, fellow consultants, and technical assurance group- Levelling Up thought leadership to local authority clients including support East Sussex with their successful A259 Exceat Bridge business case.Current role within GB Railway's Transition Team Analytical Team

Member of UK, Europe, Middle East Buildings & Infrastructure business development team, with experience of numerous Joint Venture's including Ringway Jacobs. Role involved experience in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain through a secondment within Jacobs helping to develop the business case for a joint venture with Saudi Aramco to project manage the delivery of social infrastructure, launched in 2017 (JASARA)Also worked closely with Lendlease through another successful JV arrangement to provide a project integrator role to Transport for London for Camden Town LU station.

Successful management of Jacobs AMP6 water bids for United Utilities and Severn Trent Water, and rail/transport planning bids for Transport for London. Successful co-ordination of key Jacobs bids for Essex County Council, Network Rail and other key wins.

Team Leader, managing 8 staff in transport planning and strategy, delivering services to Kent County Council and Buckinghamshire County Council, assisting with business development.Led successful Business Case Submissions to Government to secure funding for new / enhanced Transport Infrastructure in Ashford (Kent): Victoria Way, M20 Junction 9, Ashford Shared Space and Newtown Bridge from the then Growth Area Funding from within ODPM (now MHCLG).Successful production of Economic Impact Report to justify economic case for widening the M25 from Junctions 1b to 3, and enhancement of Greenhithe for Bluewater railway station.Delivery of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Planning Statements and Environmental Statements in support of planning applications for various mixed use, commercial, leisure and education planning applications.Development of Transport Strategies associated with Local Development Framework Planning Documents, County Council and Regional Government strategies, including London to Dover/Channel Tunnel DaSTS study.Successful provision of evidence at EIP for Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council's Area Action Plan and development of proofs of evidence for public inquiries.Represented Kent County Council on the TRICS Consortium from 2006 to 2010 forming part of the high level management group for this important piece of development planning software.Successful as one of the first thirteen people to receive the Transport Planning Professional qualification through CIHT in 2008.
