• Managing the day to day running of the Automation engine within MBNA. This application is responsible for processing thousands of transactions daily on accounts. Written in C# with a SQL Server database, we employed.
• Recently the core platform was migrated to Lloyds systems. I was heavily involved in planning the migrations and overseeing the transition. I was required to create tools and reports to help with this process to verify.
• With my extensive and comprehensive knowledge of many processes within the bank and my keen drive to learn I was promoted quickly within the team to support and own the Automation Engine for the bank.
