Jonathan F. Will is the Associate Dean for Research & Faculty Development, a Professor of Law, and is the Founding Director of the Bioethics and Health Law Center at Mississippi College School of Law. Since 2011 he has also served on the Affiliate Faculty of the Center for Bioethics and Medical Humanities at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. Jonathan works closely with the Dean in the pursuit of overall institutional advancement by providing leadership in the academic, intellectual, and administrative life of the law school. He is dedicated to fostering the Commitment of MC Law to scholarship and teaching by providing support to all faculty. Jonathan also teaches upper level courses in Health Law and Bioethics, and has been voted 1L Professor of the Year for his section of Civil Procedure in each year in which he was eligible. He has written extensively about the implications of the nationwide personhood movement, reproductive rights, patient autonomy, and medical decision making.
