• Responsibilities cover the coordination of providing support and assistance to middle-level staff in programs operated by VOADV’s CRR programs; including ISSI, a program for clients with mental health coming out of the prison system/state hospital, Step Down and SIL programs and clients who reside in them in addition to a diverse range of managerial matters including the coordination and overall supervision of site Supervisors, and other staff, who take hands on responsibility for the coordination and provision of services tailored to the specific needs of the programs• Responsibilities also include but not limited to team member recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating, as well as overseeing on-going Program Management, Security and Safety of clients including Supervision of all new program policy orientation procedures.• And, the maintenance of service links with other community service providers and regulatory agencies.
