I bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable to any school. In my art teacher position at Prospect Ridge Academy, I honed my teaching abilities in painting, drawing, printmaking and ceramics providing a solid foundation in instruction. I have been successful in introducing rigor into my classroom through technology. My collaboration, people-centric nature, and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent leadership skills. I am excited to contribute my strengths and proficiency in innovation toward your team efforts. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in fine arts, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a valuable asset throughout my career. I hold a Colorado State k-12 art and Montana State k-12 art teaching certificates. I had coached a mountain bike team and I taught all three AP studio art portfolios. The past school year I have served as the yearbook advisor.
