My wife and I were bitten by the entrepreneurship bug in as far back as 2006. For the last five years we looked at various franchising opportunities, from preschools to restaurants. We settled on a restaurant, specifically Golden Corral. Golden Corral's vision and values matched ours perfectly. We broke ground in Feb. 2011 on our new Golden Corral in Loveland CO. - I'm a finance controller responsible for managing the financials for a $130M/yr. business unit.- AMI is primarily in the ASIC market (application specific integrated circuit). Our market segments include automotive and industrial, military and aerospace, consumer, computing, and communications.

Same duties as my position at AMI Semiconductor. ON Semi purchased AMI Semiconductor in 2008.

- I spent six months in Internal Audit doing segregation of duty audits, SAP security audits (using SecurInfo), and internal fraud investigations.- Prior to internal audit I spent four years in Operations Finance.
