Involved in 3 organisational-wide projects that helps the organisation build digital capabilities and optimise care delivery to patients. The projects includes Dashboarding, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Time-Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) exercise.Dashboarding: Given an opportunity to develop a dashboard that captures the organisation's key operational indicators in Qlik Sense. Robotic Process Automation (RPA):Part of the team that assisted 7 departments transition into digitalisation through the use of RPA capabilities in UiPath. Acted as a support and resource person to help troubleshoot and navigate the UiPath software.Time-Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC):Given the opportunity to shadow and work with frontline care staff to map care processes using TDABC methodology as an initiative to optimise care delivery to patients.

- Bridge between school leaders and the team- Ensure the morale of the team and making sure the team remains competitivein the community.- Liase with external stakeholders with regards to sponsorships or any collaborations.- Ensure that fundings, claims and any administrative paperwork is taken care of.

- Ensure trainings are conducted properly and safely for a team of 10 to 20 members.- Does attendance taking and coach's payroll matters.

- Part of sales team for lyf properties in SG- Handle General and corporate enquiries on rates and availability.- Sending group proposals and agreements to corporate clients.- Conduct clean-up and updates on Salesforce.- Schedule appointments for Sales Manager to do property viewing.

- Picking and packing of items according to a list of items customers wants.- Receiving of goods and ensuring they are placed to their correct location.- Gained experience in cold room environment that goes as low as -20 degree celcius.

- Served as a clearance diver for a year during National Service (NS) which required me to work in a team to perform deep diving, salvage operations and security sweeps when needed.- Guard of Honour at NDP 2020
