I am passionate about making things move. Every intricate detail from scheduling, to customer service and training/development; I have helped mold teams into highly efficient, cohesive units - and this, for me, is fulfilling. ORGANIZATION: I consider organization one of my highest skill sets. Taking raw data and turning it into manageable pieces that can then be reorganized and prioritized is one of the most valuable pieces of data management. What's the use in having the information is it cannot be interpreted? Logistics is not always black and white, and often times, we need to be able to mine through loads of data and discover the most viable solution. FORWARD THINKING: Each decision has rewards and/or consequences and Logisticians need to be able to see the consequences before they present themselves. I have consistently been able to mitigate scheduling conflicts, assist in resource management, and direct planning initiatives that restructure current policies in order to achieve long term success and stay ahead. ENTHUSIASM: I also bring a high energy, enthusiastic energy to the team. By focusing on unit cohesiveness and inter-departmental communications, I help to ensure that communication barriers are minimized and transparency is achieved. These types of improvements help to not only elevate the level of workplace commradery, but raise workplace perception by building community within the work environment. AMBITION: Finally, I want to achieve greatness. My end goal is to contribute positively to company and in doing so, I believe that will reflect greatly on myself. I strive to leave the position better than I found it, so that the next person in my seat has the opportunity to take what I have contributed and elevate that position to the next level.
