• Originate and process real estate secured transactions for primary, vacation and rental properties.• Collect and verify employment income documentation for real estate transactions• Order and review appraisals for conventional mortgages and home equity loans while determining the eligibility for loan term and ability to proceed• Coordinate with attorneys and realtors for purchase, refinance and home equity transactions for closings unable to close in house• Conduct mortgage and home equity closings and prepare closing documents for county recording • Process and fund applications for auto, unsecured and visa products.• Assist in weekly meetings with the Branch Manager for appropriate employee scheduling, daily branch operations, and delegate tasks accordingly by title and expertise.• Complete performance reviews for subordinating employees annually.• Provide daily customer service through in-person, online, and phone requests for lending, tax preparation, financial counseling, and comprehensive banking requests.• Facilitate NC and Out of State title applications for vehicle lending while ensuring proper lien satisfaction requirements.• Perform quarterly cash audits for personal employee drawers and vault management in correlation to regulatory compliance.• Execute collection calls while maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude while assessing financial hardships and implementing a structured repayment plan.• Process new membership requests in establishing an account relationship while maintaining compliance with State & Federal rules and regulations.• Plan public outreach opportunities with various organizations in promoting financial literacy and educational resources.• Work directly with the school system to orchestrate a financial simulation for both middle and high school aged students through the Reality of Money program.• Engage with students in establishing future financial goals and budgetary spending plans.
