Fruitful Commons supports neighborhood leaders and organizations to grow food, strengthen communities, and foster stewardship of the natural commons.Fruitful Commons is a registered 501c3 nonprofit serving communities throughout the Austin region by supporting individuals, neighborhoods and organizations who are spearheading collaborative, equitable, and regenerative community agriculture projects that benefit neighborhoods and the greater whole. These projects might include food forests, community gardens, and organic growing cooperatives, among others. The people we work with include neighborhood leaders, community groups and individuals who have existing community agriculture projects or want to create new projects. We also support landowners, property developers, schools, and local governments in creating sustainable and verdant community commons.

Lead and expand the fiscal sponsorship program of the Movement Infrastructure Innovation Center (MIIC) at Movement Strategy Center (MSC) designed to support transformational movement building and visionaries, leaders, social entrepreneurs, collaboratives, initiatives, and networks. Design cross-functional strategic initiatives that ensure the seamless delivery, quality, and evaluation of fiscal sponsorship services.Lead the design and implementation of the fiscal sponsor program with a strong focus on proactive support and capacity building in financial/grants management, human resources management, risk management, and peer-support learning.Manage the FSP team and program. To deliver capacity-building workshops, training, clinics, and network convenings, in order to leverage the collective power of our FSP network.Establish key performance indicators, metrics, and data collection to ensure learning and continuous improvement for both the internal (MSC operations) related to FSP’s and external teams (FSPs) related to FSP’s

Development/Advancement• Add to the Foundation’s restricted and unrestricted funds through proactive fund development. Identify and cultivate prospects, steward current fundholders and work with the team to ensure the Foundation offers relevant, competitive products and services.• Solicit investments form current fundholders as well as identify prospects in the community to increase funding and participation in FundATXDonor Stewardship• Identify and implement trends and best practices in donor engagement, stewardship, and management. Work with the Donor Relations team to establish and maintain an effective approach to stewardship that increases fundholder engagement and grows assets based on organizational goals.• Manage a portfolio of funds including donor advised, scholarship, fiscal sponsorship and other fund types. Deliver donor services that are consistent with Council on Foundations’ National Standards.• Identify opportunities to connect donors’ philanthropic missions and organizations work with the Foundation’s strategic priorities for serving the community.• Work with the Donor Relations team and others at the Foundation to plan and execute fundholder events that elevate the Foundation’s work and relationships with fundholders. Projects• Oversee the administration and management of the Foundation’s Corporate, fiscal sponsorship and scholarships products.• Implement relevant areas of strategic plan, assess results, and make adjustments as necessary.• Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies that ensure special projects and scholarships are well-managed, financially viable, mitigate risks and enhance Foundation offerings.• Support the Vice President, Donor Relations in leading other projects that improve the Foundation’s work including development of fellow staff members, research best practices, develop custom solutions and develop and document policies.

-Lead Special Project team through product development of fiscal sponsorship and scholarship programs to better serve the needs of ACF and the community.-Provide exceptional solutions oriented service to 300+ fund holder relationships totaling $15+ million dollars a year-Leade business development of special project funds to expand ACFs impact in the community and diversify revenue. -Develop and execute a new onboarding process for fundholders to streamline management of special project funds. -Work across departments to facilitate seamless transition to more efficient management of organizational activities. -Develop strategic partnerships with community members to enhance special project offerings.

HSI Battle of the Brains promotes talented business and STEM students within the HSI community while highlighting the benefits of the technology industry, engagingly and dynamically.

Create and cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses, foundations, high schools, Universities, and Community organizations to achieve program goals, recruit volunteers, and enhance program activities. Collaborate with team to develop grant proposals, MOUs, program reports, evaluation materials, partnership agreements and analysis of program outcomesManage multiple grant funded scholarship programs (500+ university students). Develop web conferences, newsletters, educational presentations, leadership conferences, and special events designed to inspire and educate participants on various educational topics. Recruit, supervise, and manage peer mentors, and volunteers for various programs and special events. Attend conferences to present on program activates and make new contacts for the expansion of programs

Delivered BGC/HSF programs at 10 BGC Clubs, inspiring over 300 students and parents to pursue higher education in 7 counties in Georgia.Networked with community organizations to provide an abundance of resources and opportunities for program participants.
