- Managing and updating in-house applicant tracking and recruitment system- Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates throughrelevant channels- Organising interviews and administering pre-interview assessments – managing diaries,liaising with hiring managers, candidates and agencies to ensure a positive experience for all

- Working with care providers to understand their staffing needs, roles on offer and what isrequired of suitable candidates- Arranging Interviews and keeping in contact with candidates to ensure their engagement withthe interview process- Sourcing CVs and linking/finding job roles with providers to match

- Advertising vacancies on job boards for designated care services and sending CVs to ServiceManagers of candidates who fit job criteria- Scheduling interviews for potential candidates and sending out interview confirmation lettersand associated pre-interview documents- Requesting and chasing references for successful applicants- Creating files for new starters and inputting their information on iTrent database- Maintaining candidate tracker with details of candidates for allocated services- Sending out offer packs confirming employment once pre-employment checks are completedto successful candidates- Completing Pro-forma documents for staff members’ files in accordance with Care QualityCommission regulations- Compiling weekly and monthly reports in relation to vacancies, applications being received,interviews being arranged, candidates going through the recruitment process and the amountwho have been successful recruited
