This has created a consistent costing platform to better control, report and understand the manufacturing costs.• Implemented this through a finance lean improvement program measuring key deliverables and the reduction in waste.2. Project managed the financial divestment of the East Coast Masonry businesses. 6 plants were sold which comprised 5 separate sales agreements. Ensured Boral maximised the sales proceeds, managed all outstanding issues and there was a clean “cut over” to the new owners.3.
