INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERIENCE Produced the Metropolitan Television Feasibility Studies to use the Empire State Building antenna for television broadcasting post 9/11- upgraded infrastructure and built all facilities required by the broadcasters who relocated there. Work included retrofitting building to accommodate new antennas and generators and converting an existing airshaft to house new electrical rooms.Additional infrastructure work encompassed a seismic assessment study for Empire State Building and extensive structural services relating to M.E.P. upgrades in the Merrill Lynch Levittown Facility, Pfizer’s World Headquarters, NYC, AIG, WEPN in Secaucus, JP Morgan Chase Global Headquarters at 270 Park Ave and numerous NYC buildings and landmarks.BRANCH BANK ROLL-OUT EXPERIENCEExtensive, 10+ year experience with Branch Bank Rollouts for Bank of America, Chase, Signature Bank, Capitol One, Bank United and PNC Banks. Developed the prototypes which were then used to build over 250 PNC branch buildings, from the ground up, throughout thirteen US States. All branches of PNC Banks are LEED™ Certified.HIGH END RETAIL DESIGN EXPERIENCEProvided structural services for dozens of high end retail facilities including the renovation of Celine's Madison Ave Flagship store, a gut renovation of a 5 story, mixed use townhouse for Longchamp’s Madison Ave store involving the replacement of existing wood framing with steel and concrete on metal deck and development of new 2,500 sf Microsoft Pop Up shop in NYC.
