Mr. Cheszes and team observed the OPA’s evaluation process as well as designed and participated in the quality control review of each of the evaluation stages including completeness, eligibility and priority point.

For a major Canadian pension fund, Mr. Cheszes was part of a team that provided an overview of the renewable energy procurement programs and contracts in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
