I own and operate a great blessing which is this company, Building Maintenance Optimization Consultants, Inc. (BMOC). I am passionate about the services we provide as well as industrial engineering in general. It is my goal to help large organizations work more effectively. I believe that this starts with good data. Good data is tough to attain. This is where we come in.We assist facilities management organizations acquire good asset data and make it available through their existing systems and processes. Essentially, this data should be the foundation of their ongoing operations.We are client and employee focused. We foster a challenging, adventurous, and fun work experience. We seek to provide high quality services and judge their success by the usefulness of the deliverables to the client. I've been fortunate enough to be able to help some close friends and colleagues with web site design, implementation, and marketing. Although it is not my primary focus, it is a passion of mine. I have always enjoyed photography, graphics design, and print layout. This venture really ties those interests together nicely while allowing me to contribute positively to the community and help my clients. It is exciting to develop a site and then see success in search engine exposure. I have learned many skills in this venture that transfer to my work at ISES.

Developed and implemented e-commerce site www.bigdaddycarpet.com. Big Daddy's Carpet was intended to act as an out-of-state sales body for Carpet Depot. Carpet Depot is owned by Matt Thomas and serves the Atlanta area with stores located in Mableton, Jonesboro, Snellville, and Douglasville.Big Daddy's Carpet had some success in 2007 and early 2008. The biggest challenge was marketing the site to the right people and then easing the process of delivery. The long term goal was to connect with a network of installers to whom we could deliver the carpet.Unfortunately, multiple factors contributed to Big Daddy's needing to be shut down. Eventually, the housing market collapse lead to the flooring market receding. Additionally, X-Cart was the e-commerce suite selected and turned out to be non-responsive with regards to support. Big Daddy's required highly customized code to properly operate.

At Paulson-Cheek Mechanical I was introduced to what I consider to be my ideal business model as a sales engineer / engineering manager. I was taught primarily by Marshall Cheek, who I consider to be one of the most positive influences on my career. I learned much from my time at Paulson Cheek and have been able to apply this business model, in part, to ISES.
