Dean Paulson and Marshall Cheek set out to build a mechanical contracting firm that would utilize each of their experiences in both the design and construction businesses. Having worked together since 1984, the Principals of the firm began their construction careers working in the consulting engineering community. This exposure lent them a unique perspective on both the pre-construction/design and construction processes. The Company has grown from two Principals in 1998, to a firm of over 150 employees.
