My duties are to sale and manage accounts for new tenant build outs in the office warehouse and medical MOB's in the Metro Atlanta Area and surrounding counties and some southeastern states. I also have taken on the responsibilty of building this department as a group you can depend on for your HVAC needs. We have a service department to handle existing and new customers both commercial and industrial. We have also vast experience in design build projects from office warehouse to industrial and multi story A class tenant work.

I obtain new construction projects by estimating and negoiating each project. I also maintain customer relations through follow up face to face and email conversations. When I sale a project I work hand in hand with the project manager to make sure we give the customer what they deserve which is great customer service.

I came out of Dekalb Technical College after obtaining a 2 year degree. I started as a field installer and service technician for 5 years. I was then moved into the position of Service manager which I remained at for 10 years. I also sold service agreements and retrofit change outs to clients as well. I made sure the jobs were installed and complete from start to fininsh. Then I was promoted to commercial outside sales for the rest of my tender. Also part of my job as the outside sales position was to project manage all my jobs and make sure they came in at a profit. I was in this position for 3 1/2 years.
