I started as a field installer and service technician for 5 years. I was then moved into the position of Service manager which I remained at for 10 years. I also sold service agreements and retrofit change outs to clients as well. I made sure the jobs were installed and complete from start to fininsh. Then I was promoted to commercial outside sales for the rest of my tender. Also part of my job as the outside sales position was to project manage all my jobs and make sure they came in at a profit. I was in this position for 3 1/2 years.
