Assist prospective and current students through the entire enrollment process from inquiry to regularly attending classes. Help students work through challenges and find realistic solutions in order to achieve their career goals. Work closely and collaboratively with staff in the entire enrollment management division as well as with faculty and other employees throughout the college.

Promote, inform, and answer questions about Butler Community College to prospective students and current students in-person, over the phone, via texts, at campus visits and at events including college planning conferences (college fairs). Develop a well-informed general knowledge of all Butler programs and offices. Visit and communicate with assigned high schools over a 9 county area. Assist and work with faculty and deans in 5 specific academic areas with recruiting and promotion. Assist office staff in processing student applications when needed. Train new office staff on how to process student applications. Coordinate Butler's presence at the Kansas State Fair. Coordinate the Butler College Planning Conference. Advise and enroll students when requested by the advising office. Collaborate and work together regularly with coworkers and supervisor in the Admissions Office and within Enrollment Services.

Announced football and basketball games, wrestling tournaments, and track meets at Circle High School and annonced football games and wrestling meets for Circle Middle School. Worked with administrators to prepare announcements and effectively communicate them to the crowd.

Taught 1st and 2nd year proficiency based Spanish classes to 125+ high school students at Circle High School. Worked with my foreign language colleague to create department aligned and consistent final exams and essential questions.

Worked with other coaches to plan practices and implement techniques to prepare students from Southwestern Heights High School for Track and Field meets. Assisted students in competing and medaling in state level competitions. Worked primarily with middle and long distance runners. Was also assigned to coach high jump and hurdles.
