As the Operations Manager for the Paperless Agent, I worked remote and managed their general operations, customer support, and fulfillment teams. The Paperless Agent offers real estate marketing through tech, service, and automations and is based out of Austin, Texas.My role had me running and monitoring the organization's established systems, policies, and KPIs in order to ensure that the company and customer goals were fulfilled. I served as a liaison cross departmentally for new policy and tech to smoothly adjust to our pre-existing systems with an understanding of scale, efficiency, innovation-need, and volume. Furthermore, my role extended to primary management over the company's AMC Fulfillment (VIP service) and general Customer Support teams and its employees.In order to be successful in this role, I was responsible for successfully regulating production & system growth to ensure that the company operated as efficiently as possible. A notable history of my employment was under Robert G. Salazar M.D., Inc, a Pain Consultant working in Fresno, CA. since 1993. As the Executive Administrator: Health Communication & Research Analyst, I processed reports for outstanding insurance to ensure commercial claims were paid in a timely manner and made patients aware of their financial responsibilities. Complex commercial accounts were my specialty as I was tasked with solving ways to improve our claim productivity, billing systems, and communicating with insurance vendors. I managed three fulltime employees as the supervisor of the New Patient Referral Coordinator and served as the department lead for established patient eligibility. Additionally, I helped integrate electronic medical records and a number of other tech-related systems into the practice as a project manager. My duties required me to be efficient in advanced tech-integration, customer service, project management, staff management, basic HR, research analysis, interviewing, and the overall model of pain medicine that must be understood to work effectively in this type of health care industry.
