- Fundraising: Perform four hours of cold calls daily to prospective donors and businesses. Research alumni to triple the contacts of our alumni via social media and email. Coordinate alumni events such as the Hall of Fame dinner and annual golf tournament. Implement new fundraising strategies to campaign for younger constituents. In two years at CSHM, over $500,000.00 have been raised, and in the second year, my office has had a 78% increase in funds raised.- Marketing: Plan and execute our organization’s social media platform, tripling the amount of reaches and followers. Compose monthly newsletters to improve the brand and solicit donations. Devise new methods for marketing the school to various age groups ranging from children to adults. Develop original marketing strategies for recruitment. Maintain website and work with local media outlets- Alumni Relations: Build relationships with alumni, via phone or in person, to sell out tickets for annual fundraising events such as the annual golf tournament and Monte Carlo Night. Organize events and coordinate with volunteers and committee members to ensure successful execution. In two years we have added 146 new donors attributing to a $81,000 increase in funds.

- Sponsorships/Event Coordination: Organized sponsors to donate and attend the Special Olympic Village at SOSC Regional Games where I maxed out our donations and attendance. Assisted the Development Manager in coordinating torch run events for the police departments in Los Angeles.

- Game day operations: Conducted all special events and activities on game day for season ticket holders and fans who purchased special ticket plans. Distributed all gifts to season ticket holders as well as servicing them for any issues. Organized all promotional customer events such as high five lines, ball kids, and autograph sessions.

- Program lead 6th grade in physical activity, mechanics of skills, attitude, drive and how to set and achieve goals. Strong influence in character building.- 7th and 8th grade boys learned to cooperate and play as a team to end their basketball season with a 7-1 record.- 7th and 8th grade girls learned the basic mechanics in basketball and was able to develop into better players at the end of the season in comparison to the beginning.

- Was given the opportunity to lead, coordinate, and coach freshmen and sophomore girls in high school basketball.- All offensive and defensive development of these players was solely my responsibility during a six week summer league tournament.- All players had significant improvements at the end of the tournament, along with a greater knowledge of basketball for preparation of the regular season to play as a solid fundamental basketball team.

- Human Resource Assistant: The transition of all new hires to the sales floor was done through paperwork completion (Peoplesoft), orientation, register training, and sales training. All employees were well trained and prepared before their first official day on the floor.- Customer service: All in-coming store calls for customer issues are directed to me and are resolved, so that managers and sales associates can focus on customers. Sold merchandise as a cashier for two years.- General Administrator: Worked directly under store manager to prepare all necessary documents for her and her staff to stay up to date on daily sales, issues, and successes.- Cash Office Associate: All money collected from the night before must be accounted for, then handled to prepare for cash pick up by GARDA. All registers must be funded with cash to ensure associates are prepared for customer transactions.- Operations Facilitator: Store Audits of the infrastructure was performed monthly, along with daily work order tickets that needed to be submitted for daily repairs. Store always met standards and infrastructure was repaired in a timely manner. All outgoing packages of product are handled and sent via UPS.

As a retail sales associate, I had the opportunity to build relationships with customers and learn how to sell. I was able to open credit accounts daily and exceed my sales goal to consistently have exceptional reviews.
