I head the digital team at Redactive Media Group, the UK’s largest independent contract publisher, which manages business and professional magazine brands for member institutes. We handle editorial, ad sales, art and production - online and in print. We also run events.Each month our websites generate two million page views and, to build traffic and raise revenue, we send one million emails. I draw on my 10 years’ experience of digital media, as well roles in print journalism and advertising, to:✔ develop digital strategies for our clients' well-established print brands, then use digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and email, to build awareness and traffic online;✔ work closely with our recruitment and display sales teams to translate this increased awareness and traffic into digital revenue.I also oversee the design, build and continual development of:✔ websites for news-driven brands such as Supply Management (for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) and Public Finance (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy);✔ niche job boards for brands such as People Management Jobs (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and FM World Jobs (British Institute of Facilities Management);✔ websites for member organisations such as the Royal College of Midwives;✔ websites for one-off events, such as the CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards.Increasingly, my efforts are focused on expanding our use of social media and multimedia.
