Leader in district of 10,000 students in accountability, research design, methodology, implementation, and evaluation of research/program evaluation. Spearheaded creation of K-12 Virtual School due to the pandemic which educated over 1,500 students. Also completed a National Career Academy Coalition (NCAC) Fellowship to support this role.Also served as Chief Data Analyst & Organizational Strategist in 2019-2022.

Developed chronic absence handbook in state chronic absenteeism grant. Collaborated with team members to analyze and review chronic absenteeism data and district interventions. Collaborated with team members in the redesign and updating of the “Every Day Matters” website.

Conference Co-Designer and Keynote for a two-day training project in behavior interventions for students/systems that struggle. Conference for district-wide faculty and education leaders. Responsible to interface with all conference attendees and then assist in their building of behavior intervention action plans.

Developed the responsibility for designing, implementing, and delivering a quality K-12 teacher training program. Supervised hiring and the development of workshops to inspire, and inform teachers about the skills needed to persuade students and help them achieve with opportunities. Coordinated with a UK government entity in standards alignment for training program structure and required professional development modules/materials for teachers.

➤ Designed and co-led evaluation of best practices at 34 high-gain schools, co-authoring a 67- page comprehensive report.➤ Functioned as a Lead Evaluator and conducted eight school inspections for low-performing schools, conducted 4-6 school/district accreditations, and also conducted a Program Evaluation of 22 School Improvement Grant (SIG) schools.➤ Provided impactful training for district & regional stakeholders in closing achievement gaps and in dropout prevention.➤ Designed and created a suite of excel/pdf tools showing achievement gaps and school profiles that create a school-level picture for each of 3,000 schools and show gender/ethnicity. Work included managing a statewide SharePoint network.➤ Coordinated state dropout prevention program, 2012 – 2015, in about 550 schools each term, surveying over 1,800 participants over five periods with a consistent 98% response rate.➤ Utilized knowledge of SAS and Excel to analyze 4.1 million records of student data to produce and validate the state’s Bottom Five Percent list of 124 schools, which our office also produced.
