I implemented supply chain management, service catalog, IT asset management, onboarding processes, and training for new members. This included going through an outsourcing process for L1-L2 and then internalizing it, always focusing on the colleagues' experience and empathizing with their challenges.Today, I attribute my success to my complementary skills: I am a passionate professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills that help me nurture long-lasting partnerships.
