Different experiences can be extremely constructive for your career!I am a bilingual Production Engineer who found in IT a way to apply continuous improvement in Technical Support processes, using automation and ITIL best practices to accelerate the business while keeping the focus on the overall experience of my colleagues.Four years ago, I joined a startup that had recently been acquired by a Unicorn Fintech, helping to scale IT services from 50 employees in one region to over 400 in 9 countries. I implemented supply chain management, service catalog, IT asset management, onboarding processes, and training for new members. This included going through an outsourcing process for L1-L2 and then internalizing it, always focusing on the colleagues' experience and empathizing with their challenges.Today, I attribute my success to my complementary skills: I am a passionate professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills that help me nurture long-lasting partnerships.
