Responsible for leading the Learning and Capability Branch of the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger. Design and develop an organisation-wide capability curriculum including technical skills, career-linked functional capability frameworks, supervisory and leadership development. Implement a stable, long-term infrastructure to provide learning solutions with the scale and agility to reach WFPs global, rotating population of international managers and national staff. Implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) with supporting technology administration and social learning capability. Build a Leadership and Supervisory skills curriculum to enhance development, performance and engagement within and across careers. Establish internal and external governance with a funding mechanism that will ensure a sustainable and successful capability resource for the WFP. Help WFP define and realise a new capability profile to support its evolving mandate and long-term success.

Responsible for leading one of the world’s largest and most recognised corporate universities, “Four Acres,” in London and Singapore, encompassing design and delivery of programmes for all senior executives and key talent. Unilever is one the world’s most successful global consumer product companies, (€48 billion, with 170,000 employees in 190 countries). •Relocation to Singapore through November 2013 to complete design and establishment of Unilever's second “Four Acres” site, with the goal of fully globalising “Four Acres”, bringing Unilever’s world-class executive education to Asia. The state-of-the-art campus was inaugurated by Singapore’s Prime Minister in June 2013, •Return to London in December 2013 with a focus on the global (London/Singapore) “Four Acres” entity. Priorities included:♣ launching a ground-breaking, CEO-sponsored programme, “UL2020”, for top 100 leaders; ♣ creating further, innovative tri-sector executive programme collaborations; ♣ ensuring the successful momentum and evolution of existing targeted Talent Programmes.
