Primary Support for multiple Point of Sale systems both on-premise and hosted enterprise applications, ERP systems and 24x7 high-availability mixed Linux/Windows production environments.• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level of application level issues. • Responsible for understanding system/application/database topology to include interfacing systems. • Works well with all IT groups, Vendors and Business users.
