* Provide support for network devices- switches, routers, hubs, etc.- in a primarily Nortel environment. Upgrade equipment, expand coverage, determine appropriate implementation, troubleshoot outages while minimizing downtime.* Manage network services-- DNS, DHCP, etc.-- and security, including Firewall and IDS/IPS.* Monitor network health with various tools, including SolarWinds' Orion NPM and WhatsUp Gold.* Established and manage campus-wide enterprise WiFi network, using Aruba Networking hardware.* Primary administrator for Blackberry Enterprise Server and Blackberry handheld devices.* Serve as COMSEC Custodian, aiding in maintaining the COMSEC account including receiving new CCI and secure equipment, receiving new key material, (electronic and physical) ensuring key material remains up-to-date.* Provide Telecommunications Center (TCC) support, routing messages to their intended parties on both the NIPR and SIPRNET.
