Contracted to NAWCAD AIR-4.11 Special Surveillance ProgramTasked with the decisive and efficient management of $10M in assets through planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising all operational activities for NAVAIR’s wide-spectrum UAS Training Program. Manage all on-site training operations, testing operations, and project development efforts. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to employees. Effectively communicate expectations to team members, stakeholders, and customers. Interpret government regulations and administer policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and improvement. Compose presentations, test plans, and operational plans for experimental procedures and operations approval. Monitor training schedules, coordinate resources, compose weekly objectives, and publish daily flight schedules to meet deadline objectives. Adjust operating hours, shifts, and rotation of staff, students, and support personnel to mitigate risk, operational conflict, and delay.
