- Coordinate the recruitment, selection and hiring process of DL personnel- Give local support to the talent acquisition team with indirect vacancies (coordination with staff located in site)- Maintain coordination with the training area to give the induction presentation tho the new hirings- Provide support in the maintenance and/or updating of human resources databases- Creation and maintenance of physical and electronic personnel documents- Participation in the implementation and development of different programs inside the company- Make registration report of the new employes - Coordinate with the medical department audits to the cafeteria service
