In my career to date, I’ve amassed over 20 years of recruitment experience in the built environment working as a Director with a large international recruitment company and more recently as the owner of a boutique. After 20 years I still take pride in doing a good job, I enjoy using my experience to provide reliable advice and I still take pride in making a good recruitment match. I have both managed large businesses and run specialist desks. I have managed large teams of consultants in both London and nationally throughout New Zealand who recruited in the Property, Engineering, Construction and Architecture industries. I have also spent the last 15 years personally recruiting in the Property, Development, Project Management and Facilities Management industries. Even though I have filled executive positions at GM, Director and CEO level I still get a buzz from helping someone get into the industry at a junior level. Over the last 15 years I have built an extensive network in New Zealand. I’ve taken an active role in industry bodies and have spoken at a number of industry events over the last few years.
