• Territory Management – Develop and execute recruitment strategy for international and California regions; travel to admission territories to recruit students and pursue strategic goals • Application Assistance – Support students and parents throughout the application process• File Evaluation – Review and evaluate over 1,000 applications each year, advocate with admission leadership on behalf of specific students and schools • Institutional Networking – Build relationships with high school counselors, independent educational consultants, and admission representatives from other universities• Student Mentorship & Leadership – Oversee and supervise Tulane Global Ambassadors, 20 Tulane students from international backgrounds who assist Tulane Admission in recruiting international students, and CAST Fellows, six Tulane students who organize programming for incoming students• Scholarship Selection – Organize and lead effort to recruit candidates for Stamps Scholarship• Event Coordination – Plan and host admission events including campus visits for specific populations, admission functions in my territories, and workshop events to promote college access

Speaking to and meeting with potential students and their parents to encourage them to consider attending Tulane and assisting them with Tulane’s application process

Organizing and conducting admission events, answering questions about Tulane, and collaborating with Admission staff to facilitate the admission process
