Improved efficiency and productivity by resolving 168 system deficiencies, enhancing ground engineering capes, and leading the installation checkout of 15 control stations w/ packages. Successfully restored a $250M system to full capes.Recovered and restored $4B+ in data processing assets/system by performing essential recovery procedures and resolving 5 satellite system reboots.Optimized and maximized the performance of $3M+ in assets; oversaw, led, and directed new command and control terminal installation and coordinating comprehensive testing. Reinforced and supported the deployment of $9M mobile command and control mission through extensive preparation and follow up.

Ground Engineer role consisted of strategic leadership and guidance to test and mitigate MilStar/AEHF ground equipment.
