At Healthgrades I recruited and lead a high-performing creative team that was focused on delivering world-class solutions across product design, marketing strategy and solution innovation. We were committed to fostering empathy and meaningful relationships between consumers and physicians through design.

Comcast was in desperate need of a re-boot to all of their inefficient and outdated internal applications. I was tasked with leading the redesign initiative of these employee tools that are used by over 60,000 people every day. The result was happier employees and a dramatic increase in job efficiency at critical moments.

Historically, CQG had no focus on design or the user experience for their real-time market data and trading analysis software. As the Director of User Experience I aligned business goals with a design strategy that would increase sales, improve client relations and differentiate the product as a true industry innovator and leader.

Through extensive wireframing, formal usability testing and thorough information design, I lead a team that transformed Ascential’s fragmented software suite into a single cohesive framework with intuitive navigation, consistent controls and a powerful workflow. We identified opportunities to endow the interface with unprecedented emotional impact, aesthetic beauty, and streamlined functionality.

While a Senior Designer at frog, I was responsible for leading digital media projects, understanding client’s business and communication goals, and translating them into unique creative solutions. I lead ideation with team members, provided art direction to other designers, and worked with Program Managers and Design Technologists to implement designs into technology frameworks.
