During my time as organizational development staff, I assisted in preparing events such as bonding, upskilling, close recruitment and open recruitment. During hellocation korea, I was also the chairman of the bonding event, and the event went smoothly. I also completed my internship with a good assessment.

Assist ACC to find clients and help clients to find solutions with the help of student consultants. Successfully got 7+cases to work on and clients were satisfied with the results provided. The last thing is to make sure the student consultant works on the case seriously and do a quality check.

Working in a team to make ISACC 2022. We invited 6 speakers from different industries to share with other student and giving insight about that industries.
