As a learning and development expert with 15+ years of experience in digital learning, I enhance employee experience and performance, boost learning accessibility, and drive continuous improvement. I do so by building global, interactive online learning portals; gaining executive buy-in on learning and development initiatives; and constantly monitoring employee satisfaction.Here are a few highlights from my career:- Saved $1M at PMI by digitizing an in-person management training program.- Successfully led a 2-week employee engagement survey in 6 languages.- Built a 5-year roadmap for 250 game development courses.I leverage modern learning tools and models to educate users. For example, during my time at PMI, I noticed that due to the availability of large-volume online content and busy work schedules, the employees struggled with watching training videos cover to cover. I adopted a couple of changes in the training process to overcome this issue. I also started writing HTML-based articles, which allowed for more context and vastly quicker consumption. Moreover, my content got translated into 11 languages to improve accessibility, which covered more than 95% of PMI’s 80,000 employees.I meet client needs without compromising on content quality. For instance, owing to the successful partnerships with Adobe and Apple, I always landed the first opportunity to teach newly launched software by the company. In fact, our company was known for well-nurtured authors and best practices.
