I am a leader in digital transformation — the process of integrating digital technology into all areas of a business — and help organizations fundamentally change how they operate and deliver value to customers. I have built many successful technology companies and launched more than 500+ technology projects for leading organizations, and in the process become experienced with the cultural change required of people and organizations to challenge the status quo, embrace technology, leverage data, transform processes, and embrace experimentation. My career accomplishments include the conceptualization, design and launch of many new media services, some of which have gone on to define entire categories.While I continue to operate a portfolio of companies, I also find time to provide CEOs, boards of directors, and other leaders with strategy and insight about reinventing their business and embracing digital. These perspectives have become ever more useful, as a wide range of new devices, tools, and technologies continues to disrupt traditional industries.
