CurrentManaged transition of data from legacy system to Salesforce platform. Including data cleansing and quality checks to ensure the best and most consistent data was carried forward to the new system. Performed this process a second time a few years later moving from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning.Designed and documented system processes by gathering requirements from stakeholders and formulated the process to give the best business insights through the data that was gathered during the execution of those processes.Established and maintained strong data consistency and reporting for key metrics of the council's membership departments. Initially this was accomplished using Excel VBA to parse exports from Salesforce and later transitioned to driving adoption of the Looker platform that was integrated with the various systems by our national organization.Currently serving as a national thought partner on the Looker Dashboard working group where I provide insight and feedback on Looks and Dashboards that will be released for all 110 councils throughout the organization.Managed small teams covering various duties for the council.
