My life purpose is to discover and develop the potential of our younger generations.20 years and counting, as a career Naval Officer l, mentoring and coaching sailors of the Singapore Navy. First as the Commanding Officer of a warship, and more recently as part of the senior management running Navy's training schools for ab initio courses.I believe strongly that the future is bright and filled with hope, and its up to us to see the gem in our young ones and put them in places where they can shine brightly for the world.
