Just finished up our conversion to Office 365. No more Exchange server on premise should help alleviate the headaches we had during the last couple of years. I have upgraded the company from Windows 2000 server to Windows 2008 for our DC. We just finished our Exchange upgrade from 2000 to 2003 to 2010 and are now taking advantage of Outlook Anywhere for our staff.We finished upgrading our phone system to a new Avaya IP Office 500 v2 system at all 12 of our locations so we can take advantage of 4 digit dialing between all branches.

Enter in all pricing changes received from our manufacturers and their reps.Add and modify products and descriptions in our system

Responsible for answering phones and taking orders from customers on the phone and in person at the counter.

Responsible for all aspects of shipping, receiving and order picking.Setting up routes for 2-3 drivers.Scheduling maintenance for our 3 trucks and 2 forklifts.

Responsible for all domestic and international shipping of parts and equipment.

Followed drawings and verbal instruction to assemble complex paper handling machinery and accessories.

Checked in and put away deliveries, being sure to rotate stock.Pulled orders and loaded trucks.
