Having honorably fulfilled a six year enlistment on active duty in the Air Force as a B-1b Defensive Avionic Technician, I began fulfilling my passion to serve as a preacher in Green Bay, WI. From there, I moved to Moody, AL, spending over 15 years joyfully helping a church there to grow numerically and biblically, leaving only after they were safely in the hands of qualified and faithful elders and deacons. After much prayerful reflection, I realized it was time to shift my focus from what I deem “in-reach” (ministering to a local church) to “outreach” (focusing on helping souls come to Christ for the first time or return to Christ after leaving Him for a time), a ministry I believe requires full-time attention. To be free to focus predominantly on this work, I now labor in a two-preacher arrangement which allows me to pour my energy into this critical work. I support myself to do this by co-owning and operating a pest control business, using my computing and web development skills to build websites and consult for small businesses. I am striving toward fulfilling a goal set when I completed high school of obtaining a degree in computer science, though I have successfully labored in the field since then without a degree. I believe strongly in achieving goals I set, no matter how long it takes.
