* Manage promotional and non promotional e-mail campaigns for clients, Direct Brands International, Avis Budget Group and Foxwoods Resort and Casino which includes reaching audiences of 50,000-2 million and help increase account revenue to exceed $1 million.* Main point of contact between all internal departments and clients, such as, Colgate, Mortons Steakhouse and RCI.* Managed all transactional and batch trigger activity on a daily basis for Direct Brands International and Avis Budget Group while proactively troubleshooting any problems that stems from data or other technical issue with appropriate internal teams.* Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams to develop strategic headlines and copy to boast client revenue and open/click rates.* Analyze and implement an eficient production process for Avis Budget Group to maximize time with internal departments and reach a greater audience.* Train clients on internal tools that analyze data from campaign, trigger and project activity so they may make internal adjustments.* Maintain a high level of integrity in compliance with all e-mail standards including CAN-SPAM compliance and unsubscribe option.* Manage and participate in bi-weekly team meetings to collaborate and share ideas to boast client activity, clickable rates and revenue for each email campaign.* Attend monthly company meetings to give feedback on standards that are being used throughout the organization and suggest ways to improve production process.
