Created and had approved a project proposal for 5.6 million Euro which was consequently delivered on time.• Parachuted in to a joint venture between Shell and the JS Sainsbury Supermarkets chain to resolve an integration that was threatening to stop the alliance. Resolved issue with system redesign creating clear division of system responsibilities along the lines of each of the company's business interests allowing each to focus on their core business. Reduced cost by 300K Euro and timescale by 3 months.
