Facilitated the creation, implementation and management of helpdesk related activities such as assessments, service level agreements (SLA), course management applications support, consolidation, data analysis, customer evaluations and policy strategies for higher education institutions. Supervised 24hr academic support help desk, offering advanced technical support of essential course management applications.. Mentored new and existing team members concerning helpdesk methodologies, customer service, call routing, best practices, internal procedures, documentation and training to meet or exceed client expectations. Superior performance in this area resulted in one of the largest increases of customer service levels to date.

Created deployment strategies for countywide computer systems upgrades and supervised technician teams during implementation. Technician teams achieved all county requirements ahead of schedule as well as exceeding all project goals and expectations.
