• Member of five person team that coordinated the management of 2.75 Million sq. ft. of office and museum space for Coca Cola North America.• Solely managed a 275,000 sq. ft. Coca Cola office facility in Dunwoody, GA.• Redesigned the engineer’s equipment provision system, producing cost savings of 116%.• Created and overhauled new and existing RFP’s for vendor accounts to establish more clearly defined expectations and a methodology for tracking results. One such overhaul of the common area contract resulted in a reimbursement of 6 months’ worth of costs to the client.

• Produced capital asset analysis models (NPV, IRR, and ROI) on current and future real estate development projects with capitalization of $2 million to $120 million.• Assumed the responsibility of working with the regional asset managers to create the quarterly same store analysis for the entire office division (16.5 Million sq. ft.).• Developed and analyzed monthly profit\loss for the Office Operations Division.• Worked alongside the EVP and SVPs in accomplishing development projects daily.• Completed the lease abstract conversion of over 1.5 million square feet of office space upon entrance into a joint venture with Metlife.• Redesigned the yearly Customer Feedback Program taking response rate from 58% to 82% in two years.

• Developed and implemented self-sustaining fire departments from the ground up in Mosul and Baghdad, Iraq. • Assumed the responsibility of training local Iraqis in Emergency Medical Triage and Fire Ground Operations with the goal of turning over the management and operation of the Emergency Medical and Lifesaving Services.• Assembled and led an engine company of four responders on over 125 emergency Calls as well as multiple mass casualty scenes.• Served as liaison between the Forward Operating Bases and Headquarters to develop networking channels and logistical communications both within country and with global distributors.
