Oversaw all of Athena Infonomics’ global internal and external communications, and guided the strategic planning of these efforts.Led the complete redesign of Athena’s corporate website (built in Webflow), which included: storyboarding content and organizational messaging with senior management; serving as the sole liaison with the contracted web development firm; overseeing the site’s integration with Google Analytics; and establishing the protocols for cost-effective, in-house content development.Significantly expanded organic social media engagement (via Hootsuite): our prioritized platform, LinkedIn, saw a 100% increase in followers since starting full-time in August 2022, and 153% since initiating work with Athena in February of 2021—all with no advertising budget.Established Athena’s first-ever series of internal newsletters and revived/rebranded the organization’s quarterly external newsletter. Both are facilitated through my development of a comprehensive, centralized database of contacts used to segment and grow mailing lists.Strengthened external visibility through the writing/ghostwriting of frequent articles and blog posts, and management of event promotion and planning activities.
