Stationed at Gurugram (Gurgaon), set up design process, recruit, mentor local talents and lead design for the company's warehouse solutions. Onsite user research at warehouse to ensure software works well with robots in lab / on the ground.

Worked full-time onsite to deliver the mobile-first web experience for Cathay Pacific worldwide in close collaboration with overseas offices, also business analysts and developers from the airline.Responsive website – Full participation in the delivery of the new user experience for the .com website. Challenges included the restructuring of travel information for the airline (e.g. baggage rules); and interaction design for the airline's online ticketing system.

MotherApp was a mobile startup that enable content partners to publish interactive contents on multiple mobile platforms. Founded by an ex-google engineer from the early days, its offices are located in Hong Kong and United States. Clients ranges from other local startups to Fortune 500 companies.
