Worked directly with the President, EVP and CMO to help lead outbound new business development. During this time, Tombras grew from 100 to over 200 employees, won several marquee clients and was named Ad Age Small Agency of the year. In addition to business development, I had the opportunity to cut my teeth on a wide range of projects across multiple departments, teams & market segments. Co-Founded Sky Firm International's newest business unit - Sky Firm Networks - in July of 2012 with the goal of providing top quality talent to our clients in Knoxville and the rest of the Southeastern region. While launching and branding Sky Firm Networks, our logo and branded materials concepts spilled over, resulting in a rebrand for Sky Firm International as well. In addition to guiding rebranding efforts for the Sky Firm family of brands, I led a committee to craft the first-ever Sky Firm International mission statement and served on the executive leadership board. As a specialty, I migrated from pure tech into creative services recruiting, gaining a unique understanding of the movement of creative talent about the country as well as the type of technical talent that is integral to building the world's best brands.

- Built book of business from scratch, focusing on relationship development in both personal and commercial lines of insurance. - Performed detailed risk consultation with clients, weighing needs against costs and offering tailored solutions. - Ventured into risk areas new to the agency such as maritime law and cyber security, which involved conducting extensive policy research and insurer vetting.- Prospected, researched, and cold called effectively based on properly anticipating needs and recognizing industry trends and competitor rates.- Generated detailed proposals to display coverage, limit, and pricing considerations simply and compellingly. - Developed specialty in cyber and internet liability, which provided a distinctive advantage over agents focusing on traditional risk factors.
