 “Stop Cholera” Program: Led the planning and implementation of $3.3M mobile tech and health research program to eliminate cholera in two cities in Haiti by conducting a baseline census of over 115k people, managing a team of over 100 people, engaging multiple stakeholders including local and national government officials to design and contribute to the project implementation, and delivering a combination of safe water storage products and the oral cholera vaccine to the over 115k people. CDC ZIKA Program: Simultaneously led the administration of a $300K mobile tech research program to identify and address causes of Zika in pregnant women in rural Haiti. Negotiated contract terms and budget, and provided regular work updates to the donor, assuring a successful environment for the project and favorable outcomes for our organization.

Lead cost proposals and contribute to program design for proposals and concept notes for grants $500K to $100M with USAID, DFATD, and the World Bank, focusing on funding and management strategies which mutually benefit the project and the organization.Manage project start-up processes for multiple USAID projects developing project budgets, milestones, policies and HR, procurement, monitoring, and detailed work plans; directly manage project activities and financial and narrative reporting for projects of 15-100+ employees; built organizational and staff capacity (including senior level staff) for project management, particularly via USG funding through designing and leading the implementation of various new systems and policies

Managed the organization’s role in a $57M USAID health systems strengthening grant, including overseeing the financial and narrative reporting, implementing compliance procedures, and constructing and negotiating subcontract budgets and scopes of work on multiple occasions.

Consulted and coordinated alongside local clinical leaders on PIH programs including nursing, surgery, anesthesiology, dentistry, and oncology. Adeptly managed and orchestrated complex cross-institutional partnerships and resources to further our mission. Devised management tools to identify and address program gaps and create effective partnerships, which were adopted by other teams at PIH.
