People are my passion! I am a self motivated team player with a strong moral compass and always looking for ways to help others around me. I am always looking for new ways to develop my skills as a leader by taking on extra responsibility and never turning down an opportunity to learn! Here are some examples of how I took my work to the next level. •Pechanga- I am currently in the Valet department at Pechanga and it has been a blast! I interviewed for a Relief lead position and got the job! The Relief lead position is similar to that of a working supervisor. I am responsible for handling all the tips and distributing them properly, creating a daily schedule for sometimes 20 or more employees, handing issues as they present themselves, and keeping my team motivated.•Pechanga Resort & Casino- After a few months of being a floor officer, my superiors saw my potential and quickly moved me to a more advanced position, a Delta officer. Delta officers are held to a higher standard and are given much more responsibility. A core component of my job was asset protection and the transportation of those assets from one place to another. •HD Supply White Cap- I was selected by management to be Safety Captain for the branch. I performed safety checks and held daily safety meetings. I also was acting Inventory Specialist where I had daily variance sheets to complete and was responsible for correcting said variances• Albertsons- I was a chosen to be Head Courtesy Clerk by my front end manager. This meant that I had to make sure all cleaning, go-backs, facing of product and carts were all in order by the time the store closed. I also helped with scheduling daily chores for the other courtesy clerks.As for my hobbies, I enjoy being outdoors. Fishing, hiking, camping, you name it!
