Created balanced rig to compare 15 unique brush rolls varying 5 factors like rpm, filament density, and filament engagement in different testing conditions which guided future brush roll designs • Researched viability of product from an engineering and user perspective by designing and creating a life-sized model. Conducted research in seals, pumps, and valves for use in a new wet product. Evaluated the complex user experience which helped close the project• Improved the accuracy and consistency of various air performance metrics by creating 3+ adaptors.
